The Start:

The 2011 Race to End Homelessness 5K Race/Walk will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 5, 2011 in historic Cherokee Park.

Participants run or walk the Scenic Loop through the park.

Complementary bottled water, fresh fruit, pastries, and Heine Brother's Coffee will be available.

Prizes:

Winners (top men and women racers and wheelchair participants) receive gift certificates or cash in the following amounts:

1st place winners:     $100

2nd place winners:    $75

3rd place winners:     $50

A special treat will be awarded to the first pet to cross the finish line!

We will have several wonderful prizes donated by local business. Raffle tickets will be sold the day of the race for $1 each or 6 for $5.
