Registration Step 1:

Before registering, please read the WAIVER and corresponding information below.

● Before participating in the Race to End Homelessness 5K race/walk, all participants must sign a WAIVER.

● Copies of the WAIVER will be provided on the day of the race, but you can also print a copy of the WAIVER by clicking here. After signing it, mail the WAIVER to the address listed on it.

NOTE: If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian sign and submit the WAIVER on your behalf.

WAIVER:

I, or my parent or legal guardian if I am under age 18, agree, warrant, and covenant as follows: I know that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I, or my child, should not enter and race without being medically able and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with participating, or allowing my child to participate, in this event. If I am under eighteen years of age, consent of parent or legal guardian will be given and the parent or legal guardian agrees to all above legally bound statements. By signing and submitting the waiver, I, or my parent or legal guardian if I am under age 18, understand and agree to the terms of the waiver.

I understand that I will need to submit a signed waiver before racing and would like to continue with the registration.
